A block of standard rooms has been reserved for the conference at The Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C. from Monday, 14 May to 16 May 2012 at the special group rate of US$355.00 Single/Double occupancy plus any applicable taxes (currently 14.5%).To make your reservation, please call (202) 835-0500 or (800) 241-3333 and identify group code GPEGPEA. You can also go the hotel website to make a reservation on-line using the group code GPEGPEA. A credit card is required at the time of the reservation equal and will be charged one night's Room & Tax in order to hold/guarantee each individual reservation. The hotel’s standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
