Frank Dunlevy is the Counselor to the President and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Mr. Dunlevy leads the Investment Funds Department and serves on the Investment Committee. In addition, he leads the Agency’s business development efforts on behalf of the office of OPIC’s President and CEO. Mr. Dunlevy has 47 years of Investment Banking experience beginning his career at The First Boston Corporation and most recently serving as the Vice Chairman of Cowen and Company, where he was responsible for oversight of the Investment Banking platform. At First Boston, he served as a senior banker to the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and other major sovereign clients, and co-led the creation of the first debt capital markets desk for a major Wall Street firm. Mr. Dunlevy also was a member of the senior management at Montgomery
Mr. Dunlevy received his B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and served for 12 years as a member of the Board of Trustees. In 2015 he was honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the University. Mr. Dunlevy served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam (1966-1968) as a member of the 101st & 82nd Airborne Divisions.
