Hazel Bradford is Senior Reporter in the Washington bureau of Pensions & Investments. She covers regulation, legislation and policy issues affecting institutional asset owners and asset managers. A growing part of her beat is ESG and impact investing.
Before joining P&I in 2011, she was director of communications for the International Masonry Institute, a joint labor-management industry development trust.
Her previous journalism stints include the McGraw-Hill Washington bureau for BusinessWeek and other publications, primarily covering labor issues.
Ms. Bradford has also served as executive director of a statewide resettlement and assistance program for Cuban, Haitian and Indochinese refugees in Florida.
She attended Lawrence University and graduated from New College of Florida.
