Laura leads LeapFrog’s global marketing and communications strategy for the Firm, as well as providing marketing leadership as part of the investment and value creation process.
Prior to LeapFrog, Laura was with the GSMA, the global industry association for mobile operators. As Senior Director, Global Advocacy, Marketing and Industry Purpose, Laura developed a ground-breaking unified social purpose and implementation plan for the mobile industry. Under Laura’s stewardship, mobile became the first industry to work together in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work served to deepen engagements between the mobile industry and government ministers, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations. Laura has led global communications and marketing teams for more than 20 years, working with some of the world’s leading technology brands. She is Co-Chair of the Emerging Market Private Equity Association’s (EMPEA) Gender Parity
