Impact Investing Council Chair and Senior Advisor, EMPEA
Pat Dinneen is a Senior Advisor and Chair of the Impact Investing Council at the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA). Before joining EMPEA in early 2014, she spent over 9 years as Managing Director at Siguler Guff & Company, a global private equity firm with over $10 billion in assets under management, where she built and managed the emerging markets private equity business. She previously held positions at Cambridge Associates, British Telecommunications, Hughes Communications, RAND Corporation and the U.S. White House. Dr. Dinneen holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.), London School of Economics (M.Sc.) and MIT (Ph.D.). She serves on multiple boards and is involved in philanthropic, entrepreneurial and impact investing activities, including Catholic Relief Services – Board Member and Chair of the Impact Investment Committee, Catholic Impact Investing Collaborative -Steering Committee Member, Spring Health India – Board Member, and others.
