Counsel, International Finance Corporation (IFC)
Prashanth Murali is a Counsel in IFC’s legal department. He provides legal advice and support for a broad range of IFC’s products and services across a number of geographies, with a focus on venture capital, fintech, private equity and fund investments. Prior to IFC, he practiced at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski and Latham & Watkins, each in New York. Prashanth has also worked in international development in India and human rights in Uganda. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
